Handling of lubricants

HEALTH HAZARDS. (LUBRICANTS IN NORMAL CONDITIONS OF USE)

First Aid

Inhalation: It requires no special protective equipment when used with adequate ventilation. We recommend the use of an approved respirator in confined spaces and in the event that the operating conditions leading to vapor mixtures of this material to air.

Eye Contact: Do not require any special protective equipment, only recommends the use of safety glasses. In the case of incident, immediately wash the affected eye with water for at least 15 minutes. See your doctor for your attention.

Skin contact:
No special equipment is required for protection, but we recommend the use of appropriate clothing for the job. In case of spillage or contact with the oil, wash skin with soap and water. Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse.

Ingestion: Avoid ingestion at all costs. In case of ingestion should drink water or milk and call your doctor immediately before inducing vomiting.

Security Hazards


Not classified as flammable, but combustible.

Health Hazards

No specific hazards under normal conditions of use. When mineral oil (petroleum), exposure limits apply to prolonged contact may cause skin sensitivity.

Hygiene: Hands should be washed before eating, drinking, smoking and so on.

Hand protection: Gloves suitable for hand protection.

Based on available information, it is hoped that this product may cause adverse health effects when used in applications that are designed and followed the recommendations of the Technical Data Sheet for each product.

Accidental spills.

Keep unauthorized personnel away from spill area.
Eliminate all ignition means.
Prevent additional discharge of material.
Form embankments of sand, earth or other absorbent material around the spill area.
Prevent material from entering sewers.
Proceed to clean sand or other absorbent material. Then use normal cleaning procedures (must have all this stuff properly).

Handling and Storage.

Keep containers of lubricants in the shade, in well ventilated areas, clean and well covered to offset their pollution.
Keep out of reach of children.
Storage temperatures should be minimal at 0 ° C and maximum 50 ° C
Empty containers should be completely drained.
Do not weld, heat or drill container.
Do not dump used oil or soil drainage, and avoid getting burned.
Used oil must be deposited at designated collection sites by the authorities.
